Terms & Conditions
Consignment
All garments are accepted on a 10-day consignment basis. Items must meet our quality standards — clean, in good condition, and on-trend. We reserve the right to decline any items that do not meet these standards.
Pricing & Payouts
Pricing is set in collaboration with the seller using our Pricing Guide. Sellers receive their payout within 5 business days following the end of the consignment period for any items sold.
Unsold Items
At the end of the 10-day consignment period, sellers are responsible for collecting any unsold garments. Items not collected within 14 days of the consignment end date may be donated at our discretion.
Loss & Damage
While every care is taken with consigned garments, The ReLoved Collective is not liable for loss, theft or accidental damage to items while in store.
Purchases
All sales are final. Preloved items are sold as-is — please inspect garments carefully in store before purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on preloved goods unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
