What is the ReLoved Collective?
The ReLoved Collective Ballarat is a curated pre-loved fashion store where you can both sell your quality branded clothing and shop quality ReLoved Womenswear and Children's wear garments and accessories.
How do I sell my garments with the ReLoved Collective?
Simply, Book your selling period via our website and select what you'd like to sell. You can sell womenswear or childrenswear, with bundles ranging from 10 to 40 items. It's a 'Hire a Hanger' system that we find makes selling inclusive within our community. You pay an upfront fee and we take 20% commission on any items that sell (this is inclusive of GST). When preparing your items, remember, up to 5 of your items can be accessories (womenswear only). Your garments sell instore for a 10 day duration.
What kind of clothing do you take?
We accept curated womenswear, handbags, shoes, belts, sunglasses and children's wear (no accessories), that align with our brand aesthetic and quality standards. Please refer to our brands guide or contact us for any queries. All items must be clean, modern, feature all brand, sizing and care tags, be paired with their accessories such as fabric belt or slip, be resale-ready, and within approximately 8 years old.
Do I need to bring my own hangers?
Not at all, we've got you covered! We have a standard range, plus clip hangers specifically for bottoms and denim. Upon your scheduled booking arrival instore, we recommend bringing your garments packed in a suitcase so they are easy to transport, lay flat and then transfer onto the provided hangers.
How much do I get when something sells?
You keep 80% of every sale, and we take just 20% commission — inclusive of GST. ✨ Our commission covers the styling, merchandising, customer service, payment processing, and in-store selling experience, so you can simply bring in your pieces and let us do the rest.
Do I need an appointment to drop pieces in?
Yes — all sellers are required to book a rack online prior to bringing in their pieces. This allows us to carefully curate the store and display your garments in a way that ensures the best possible selling experience.
Can I top up my bundle during the 10 day period?
Yes—bundle top-ups are available within the 10-day period for bundles of 40 items. This is especially helpful if items are selling quickly. You can track your sales through the Zellr app, and simply follow the prompts in your account to add and prepare additional garments. Please also let us know when you're planning to pop in. Standard fees apply to any additional items added.
When do I get paid?
Once your booking period ends, your sold item total — minus our 20% commission (inclusive of GST) — will be transferred directly to your nominated bank account within 7 business days. You can also track your sales live throughout your booking using the Zellr app.
Do you take menswear or kidswear?
We currently stock elevated womenswear in sizes 6–18, along with curated children's wear from infant through to size 10. At this stage we don't accept menswear… mainly because we'd need a bigger store.
How long do you keep my pieces on the racks?
Your garments will stay in-store for a dedicated 10 working day selling period. Towards the end of your booking, your pieces may also be moved to our 'Last Chance' racks to help maximise visibility and final sales before collection. If you'd like to extend your booking with us, we're more than happy to assist with a manual extension booking in-store. Extensions are subject to availability, and standard booking fees and conditions will still apply.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes — absolutely. Located on Humffray Street North, we're just outside the central hustle of Ballarat while still being close to everything you love about the city. With easy accessibility, plenty of free parking, charming local cafes, and all the beautiful Ballarat character, visiting us is designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and easy.
Can I bring a friend / my mum / the dog?
We love welcoming the friends and family of our ReLoved customers in-store, and little ones are always welcome too—we have toys and books to keep them busy. Dogs aren't permitted inside unless they are certified therapy or support animals. However, we have a safe, visible spot at the front of the store where dogs can be tied up, with water provided while you shop.
Do you ship anywhere?
We don't currently have an online store, but we do regularly sell via our Instagram Stories, with shipping available Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Comment SOLD on any story to secure your item and the payment method and process will be sent to you via social media. Shipping is a flat rate: $15 within Australia $30 to New Zealand
